Crystal began her career in the financial industry in 2004 as a receptionist at Morgan Stanley in Irvine where she quickly discovered her passion for client service and operations. Eager to grow, she was promoted multiple times within her first year – first to New Accounts Clerk, then to Cashier in the Laguna Woods office. Shortly after, she was selected by a Chairman’s Club Advisor to serve as his Client Service Associate.
Over the past two decades, Crystal has continued to support top-performing financial advisors as a Registered Client Service Associate. Crystal has earned her Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and also provides notary services – all with the goal of best serving clients and deepening her industry expertise.
As she looks ahead, Crystal is excited to continue doing what she enjoys most: providing exceptional support to financial professionals and their clients. With a strong foundation in operations, compliance, and service, she thrives in roles allowing her to build trusted relationships, maintaining smooth operations behind the scenes, and contributing to the team’s overall success.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys supporting her sons, Fysher and Jack, in their love of sports – especially football. She is active with the Foothill Football Boosters club and also help run the family’s screen printing business, Booyaa Clothing, with her husband, Kevin.
